Meeting the North Wind

I was looking through the folder where I keep my old art and found this. It's two years old and there are things I'd really like to change if I still had the .psd with the layers, but I still really like it.

I always felt a little bad for Eusine since the Pokémon he searched for years suddenly got befriended and caught by a kid. Granted, his obsession probably wasn't healthy but I think he deserved a little more for his efforts.
